Anya Brown, PhD

I'm a marine community ecologist. My research focuses on how microbes act as an extension of the host and influence both the host and their interactions with their environment (other species and the physical environment). I am interested in the interface of community ecology, microbial ecology, and evolutionary ecology. Much of my work is on coral reefs.
